Q: What do you love the most about CrossFit at The Core?
J: The community atmosphere and the family environment. Also, the challenge it gives me mentally and physically everyday.
Q: What is your motivation to focus on your health and make time for fitness?
J: To live a long life and to challenge myself everyday.
Q: Did you ever have concerns about CrossFit?
J: Not really, just thought I would be judged.
Q: What is your favorite CrossFit movement/element?
J: Burpees, kettlebell swings, and deadlifts. Also, long brutal WOD's.
Q: What is your least favorite CrossFit movement/element?
J: For the love of God, wallcrawls!
Q: What is your CrossFit/health goal this year?
J: To do better than the day before.
Q: Anything extra you want to share?
J: The Core is an awesome place; it has really changed my life. I was in dark place mentally before The Core. The Core has brought back my confidence to be a better father, husband, and overall person.
