Q: How old are you?

Q: How long have you been part of our Core fam?
C:
Since July of 2020

Q: What fills up your days?
C:
2 boys. Haha. I stay home with my 2 boys who are 3 and 1.5. They definitely keep me busy and always active!

Q: Has fitness always been a part of your daily routine? 
C: Always! Up until I had my boys. I have always been active in some way!

Q: How often do you workout at The Core?
C:
5 days a week. If something comes up, I'll skip a day but that is my goal, 5 days a week.

Q: What do you love the most about being a part of The Core?
C:
The support, the encouragement, the ability to go beyond what I thought I could do. The help when I need it. The discipline in getting it right, and all the love people willing to help each other out.

Q: What is your favorite CrossFit movement/element?
C:
Definitely burpees and pull ups. And sit ups.

Q: What is your least favorite CrossFit movement/element?
C:
Snatches. For sure. And wall balls..

Q: What is your CrossFit/health goal this year?
C:
 To get stronger, to eat right and to continue to show up.

Q: Anything extra you want to share?
C:
You don't find your worth in being "skinny", you don't find your worth in being the "strongest", you find your worth in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior who gave us these bodies we have and we are to take care of our bodies.
